Chips and Guacamole is a combination that will forever remain timeless. Guacamole has become a staple in international cuisine being used as a dip, condiment, etc. Nothing beats chips and guacamole for a nice little snack throughout the day. Typically the tortilla chips that are served with guacamole run high in sodium concentrate and carbs so we brought about the option of our cassava chips!
1 bag of NOVACRISP. 5 avocados, cut into 1/2-inch pieces. 1/2 red onion, finely chopped. 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped. 1 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice. 1 teaspoon kosher salt. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. In a large bowl, combine the avocados, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Serve with NOVACRISP.
