Cheese Dip 🧀

You know that feeling when you get a text from your cousin with the picture of her latest culinary creation and quickly have to comment on it? Meet cassava crisps + Pepper Jack Cheese Dip. The appetizer everyone will be raving about. It's the perfect accompaniment to all those yummy nachos!

1 bag of NOVACRISP.

1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened cup sour cream,

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon finely chopped canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce,

2 teaspoons chili powder,

2 cups chopped cooked chicken or bacon, 2 cups (8 oz.)

shredded colby-Jack cheese blend,

1 (4-oz.) can chopped green chiles,

4 green onions, finely chopped,

2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced, 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, Garnish: fresh cilantro sprig Bake at 350° for 30 minutes Serve with NOVACRISP.
